Steve offers an extensive background in many different facets of real estate. He spent eight years working for Fifth Third Bank as an Analyst on their Direct Lending Underwriting Team. From a retail level, this gave Steve experience with analyzing lender risk, verifying sufficient credit history, confirming acceptable collateral and correct lien placement, and assigning final credit decision to consumer lending applications.
Ultimately Steve decided to shift away from the banking industry. He became a licensed real estate agent in 2013, and began serving as an Acquisitions Agent for Penklor Real Estate and Property Management. In that role, he represented a local private investment firm, coordinating sales and approval for flips as well as properties requiring long-term management and maintenance. In 2015, Steve joined the Move2Loveland team.
Prior to joining the team, Steve volunteered his time as the Assistant Wrestling Coach at the College of Mount St. Joseph. His primary focus now is real estate, and he has affiliations with the National Association of Realtors, the Ohio Association of Realtors, and is a CABR Member. He is a Cincinnati native and enjoys representing buyers, sellers, tenants and landlords with any and all of their real estate needs. His unique insight into underwriting analysis makes him a valuable resource for clients as they navigate the path to home ownership.
